10 solid years and stronger than ever, and thats all thanks to you our amazing members and visitors who've kept us going all this time and made me even more determined to Put everything aside and get out there come rain or shine to get the shots for you to enjoy after a good session..
As most of you know I'm under treatment of a form of Chemotherapy for this damned disease, which I'll be having on the 30th December at Treliske and then will be a 6 monthly occurrance to keep the RA at bay, and instead of sitting feeling a little sorry for myself at home spending my time thinking about it, you guys have made it so that I can get out there and enjoy the waves with you all.. and for that I thank you. The support you've all given has been fantastic and both Leanne and I know that without you guys our lives would be very different and not in a better way. So thank you all and here's to another fantastic year in 2012
I know there's been quite a few viral infections shooting about with this weather system we've been having so can I just stress again for those who don't know, This form of Chemotherapy seriously inhibits my immune system and its Highly important I keep away from all infections for at least 3 months after treatment, so if ya have the lurgy would you be kind enough to give me a wide berth if ya see me out there shooting PLEASE!!..Otherwise it'll be great to meet you.
